In this unit, I learned about the fundamentals of project management and how they relate to managing social media for eCommerce projects. I learned about different project management methodologies and how they influence the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns.

I also learned how to use project management software to plan and organize the different stages of a social media project, track and manage, and make changes as needed to stay on course. The tools and techniques I studied helped me understand how to set clear objectives, allocate resources effectively, and manage deadlines to make sure successful project.
